Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest with your name, email and phone. We email you a secure link to manage the booking. You can create an account later to see all your trips in one place.
What's the difference between instant booking, request to book and quote?
Instant booking is confirmed as soon as you pay.
Request to book sends your dates to the provider, who has 24 hours to accept. You pay only after they accept.
Quote on request is for custom trips: the provider sends you a price and nothing is charged until you accept.
Can I book several services in one go?
Yes. Add a taxi, a stay, a bike and a shikara ride to your trip, then check out once. Each provider sees only their part of the booking, and you manage everything from one page.
Where will my driver pick me up?
At the pickup point you chose - the airport arrivals area, your hotel, or your houseboat ghat. Driver name, phone and vehicle number appear on your booking page as soon as the provider assigns them.
Can bikes and cars be delivered to my hotel?
Many providers deliver in Srinagar for a small fee. Look for "Delivery to your hotel" on the listing and tick it when you book.
