Instant booking is confirmed as soon as you pay.
Request to book sends your dates to the provider, who has 24 hours to accept. You pay only after they accept.
Quote on request is for custom trips: the provider sends you a price and nothing is charged until you accept.

Yes. Add a taxi, a stay, a bike and a shikara ride to your trip, then check out once. Each provider sees only their part of the booking, and you manage everything from one page.

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and supported wallets, through our payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Some providers let you pay an advance online and the rest directly to them at pickup or check-in. The exact split is shown before you pay and on your booking page.

No. The price breakdown before payment shows the rental, delivery or extras, taxes and any service fee. Refundable deposits are shown separately and are paid to the provider at pickup.

Open your booking (from the confirmation email or your account) and choose Cancel next to the service. You'll see the exact refund before you confirm.

You get a full refund of everything you paid online, including any service fee. Our support team will also help you find an alternative.

We start the refund immediately. UPI refunds often arrive within a day or two; cards and net banking usually take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

At the pickup point you chose - the airport arrivals area, your hotel, or your houseboat ghat. Driver name, phone and vehicle number appear on your booking page as soon as the provider assigns them.

Many providers deliver in Srinagar for a small fee. Look for "Delivery to your hotel" on the listing and tick it when you book.

A valid driving licence for the vehicle type and an original photo ID. Providers may also ask for a refundable deposit. Each listing shows its exact requirements.

Local sightseeing around Pahalgam is run by Pahalgam's union taxis. Taxis from Srinagar drop and wait in town; you hire a local taxi at the stand for those spots. Our route pages explain these rules for each trip.
