Very good, small hiccup

Great service overall. Pickup was 20 minutes late because of traffic on the Boulevard, but the driver called ahead.

Thank you for the honest feedback - we've passed it on to the team and fixed it for next season.

Couldn't have asked for more

On time at the airport, spotless vehicle, and our driver knew exactly when to leave to beat the Gondola queue. Will book again.

Wonderful hosts

Warm rooms, delicious dinners and the shikara ride at dawn was magical. They made our parents feel at home.

Trip Protection

What happens if plans change, in plain words.

Rules before you pay: Every listing shows its cancellation rules up front, and the same rules are saved with your booking.
Full refund if they can’t deliver: If a provider cancels, declines, or can’t run the service as booked, you get everything back on your original payment method.
Road closed on your date?: Mountain passes can shut at short notice. Tell support and we’ll ask the provider for a free date change or a full refund.
A person to talk to: Message or email us with your booking reference. We’re here 8 am – 10 pm IST, every day.

Pay inside KashmirRide. Money sent straight to a provider by UPI or cash sits outside your booking, so these protections can’t cover it.
